-Items received damaged from a 'third party' should be photographed and the photos forwarded to us immediately, if possible we will repair the damaged work for you but, if the work is damaged beyond repair an alternative will be offered at no charge and postal costs will be covered by us

-An item damaged after delivery will be considered for repair/ replacement at your cost.
